search a solution for creating an invoice for the work of the agents in the ticketsystem

I need a solution to generate an invoice every month per Mandant per Agentbased on minutes of his work in tickets (if closed or not)Has anybody an idear?

I'm not aware of any current solutions for this type of thing. But you could export your tickets and then import it into Excel or something. I believe that someone else was doing something like this with an older version (you would have to search for that)moderator note: moved to Mods and Customizations.
