the Agent Dashboard, there is a statistics menu to show tickets statistics by Department
or by help topics or by agent Department
and tickets assigned to agents is controlled by login Agent but Help topic part
is common for all agents, which we don’t
want agents to see status of other agents work which is thru help topics
dashboard,
if
it is not something that can be configured then how I can disable help topic statistics dashboard from the source
code?
