as i reported:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/1996#issuecomment-222316863i made a custom form and include some fileds, if event make it optionally, that fields does not permit me put zero numbers or zero values, only aphabetical or >0 valuesalmost a half year past and no feedback of solved in development github
