Hi all,
I’m looking to use the Dept Field to separate the departments within the company who log the calls so I can work out how many calls each departments logs, instead of how its currently setup to log the ticket against the department who will resolve the issue.
I somehow need to remove the join between "Help Topic" & "Dept" so when a Help Topic is selected it doesn’t auto select the Dept field. “Currently this is a forced option in the setup under topics”
I’ve already adjusted the open.php page to show the Dept combo box and the above is my last issue to overcome, before I have to think about going down the route of adding addition fields
Please help :(
