Create ticket from mail

Hello everyone,i'm new with osticket my boss tell me that he need to create ticket from email, when i send an email to specific adress that exist in osticket email adress a ticket shold be created automatically so i need help and show me how to do this step by step please it's urgent.thanks all :)

Basically any email message will work. That is ultimately the primary purpose of this software and it does it well.
