I also have noticed that when i changed "class.ticket.php" file, i could access ticket link which i was getting in email. but at the same time, i was not getting notification mail while generating new ticket. what i have done so far is mentione below: case : 1I added " require_once 'connection.php' " in file " include/class.ticket.php " .Then i create a new ticket, and i am getting auto response email with ticket number with hyperlink.But when i am clicking on ticket number hyperlink, i am unable to open that link and when i am clicking that ticket number, i am getting this url. https://my.domain.in/support/view.php?auth=o1x4qaqaabsbeaaaBtbnnMblIqBgOw%3D%3DThis link doesn't direct me on view ticket page. Please help me to solve this earlier.
