Hi,Can someone help me to enable the closed tickets visible for an agents osticket versions: 1.10 RC2
Agents can see any ticket that is assigned to a department that they are a member of.I'm not aware of any way around this.
Actually my company's agents want to their closed tickets which were assigned to them. Because these agents I have enable "Show assigned tickets on open queue"
I've seen a couple threads here or at gut hub that say how to do this now that I think about it.I'm not real sure why you think "Show assigned tickets on open queue"has anything to do with the closed queue.
