HelloI change on the db on status_ticket table for resolved i change the state from closed to resolved, and now i can filter ticket from resolved status but now i can't change status of ticket from staff panel
You should be altering/adding/removing ticket statuses at:Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses.You do not need to muck around in the DB to do this.
