I cant change the owner of a ticket. I tried 2 ways:1. ticket -> more -> change owner2. ticket -> edit -> changein both cases there is the change dialog. I can select one of the existing users or create a new one. I press 'add user' button or 'continue' button after changing the user. The popup window will close and nothing has change. :-(BUT: There is one allready existing user of my own. If I choose that user it works???! It seems that not all users are the same???btw: may it be usefull to upgrade to v1.10-RC.2? I have so much trouble with v1.9.12 that really disturbing the daily use of it.

I did some more tests:I create the user from within the user directory and also register it as an active user. With that user I could change the ticket owner. It seems that something goes wrong with the normal 'guest users'?

I still only can change the ticket owner to a very view other users. The tickets are in some way special. They are from outgoing emails I send to my customer from some other internal system. They get as an copy into my e-mail account and by that into the osTicket systems.So the owner of the tickets is info@scheuermatthof.de . Thats my own system e-Mail. I really need the information within that tickets. For that reason I want to change the owner of the ticket. I wand to replace it with the email/name of the real customer who get that email. 

I do not use guest users, so I'm not sure what to tell you.

It seems not dependent from guest user / registered user. I just can't change the owener of an existings ticket. There's the normal dialog without any error ... but still the same ticket owner.

Are you getting any logged errors?

No. There are no log errors. My workaround is now to go to the user table. Change the phone numern of the user who should get the ticket. Save the user. After doing that I can change the ticket and assign the ticket to that user.
