@[deleted] Right but the dashboard shows that there are 297 opened tickets, 300 assigned tickets, 45 overdue and 246 closed....The excel export shows a fractions of each. So my question was if the export to excel perhaps only exported your tickets rather than the current dashboard view which is likely what you were wanting. Another scenario is what @[deleted] stated. If a time-frame was set then you wouldn't get the export for ALL time just for that time-frame.
