Change heading on New Ticket Page

I'm trying to change one of the headings on the Open.php (Sumitting a New Ticket)

For example I would like to change the "Help Topic" to some other heading.

Is this possible and how is this achieved.

Done it myself - sorry - modify open.inc.php file!
