Hi GuysI've followed the instructions and I'm still having problems getting the attachments to be saved in my S3 Bucket.I have filled in the values for the plugin and made sure it was enabled.I've also made sure to select S3 as the location to Store Attachments in Settings -> Tickets.The IAM user I created (which is set in the config above) has the following S3 Policy permissions.
I don't know what is stopping this from working. What have I missed?I've tested sending emails with images attached and also creating a ticket from the osTicket webpage and neither work.I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 and Phar is enabled.Thanks
