I get the following error message and not a login screen like I had yesterday after installing osTicket:

"Thank you for your interest in contacting us.

Our helpdesk is offline at the moment, please check back at a later time." I thought I could still get to the Admin Control Panel in offline mode. I left it in Offline mode after installation, because I hadn't finished setting up and configuring the system yet. How do I get the login screen back or otherwise get to the Admin Control Panel for osTicket?

Access Denied after changing username & password...

Hi Peter:

I keep shooting myself in the foot, ouch! I changed my username to admin, and changed the password, and now I can't log in... Do I need to "stop" and then "restart" something to get it to see the new username and password...?

Disregard last post! It changed the username, but my password did not get reset. So I'm in once again...
