Hi good morning. First of all, thanks for taking the time to document the propper way of linking the favicon to our osticket installations. However, this solution works partially for me.I installed osticket on a vultr VPS running Centos7, and I'm using a 302 redirect to point my domain name to that server.The behavior I'm getting is the following: when I access the osticket installation through the bare ip address of the server, the favicon shows up as you stated, but when I access it through the domain name I registered in GoDaddy for it, it stops showing up.Do you know how to sort this out? I'm running osticket version 1.9.12 on my server.Cheers.
