Config update to use osTicket with Active Directory

Hello everyone!When I update the configuration for to use AD of my server, what can it happen with users and tickets already registered through the osTicket system? And with tickets linked to each?* I am using osTicket version 1.9.12 and all users created on osTicket system are identical at users of my Microsoft Windows 2008 server's Active Directory.* The users created as default both in AD as osTicket are: "name.lastname".* And already there are tickets created by users of osTicket.I wait for replies...Thank's!

Very welcome. (And If I'm wrong about something ... please dont hesitate to tell me. I'm not running 1.9.12 in production so some times things have changed and I dont realize it.)
