[resolved] Unexpected TCP input disconnect

We updated our exchange server to CU10 overnight. This morning we are getting the following error:At the top left of the page:Invalid login. Check IMAP settingsBelow "Fetching Email via IMAP or POP"TLS/SSL failure for mail.mycompany.com: Unexpected TCP input disconnectWe did not make any changes in Exchange other than updating it. No certificate changes.

The system logs in OsTicket show:osTicket is having trouble fetching emails from the following mail account: User: USER Host: mail.mycompany.com Error: TLS/SSL failure for mail.mycompany.com: Unexpected TCP input disconnect 61 consecutive errors. Maximum of 5 allowed This could be connection issues related to the mail server. Next delayed login attempt in aprox. 10 minutes http://helpdesk.mycompany.com

We're running CU10 (and have been since 1/13/2016) and do not have this problem. So I'd guess that it's not a Exchange issue.Other differences in our enviornment are as follows:I'm running 1.9.7 on my production servers.You have a newer version of MySQL (5.5.42) -- not relevent.You have a slightly newer version of PHP (5.6.12).I'd say that the two most likely culprits are either the version of osTicket or PHP.Can you setup a test 1.9.7 and see if it works to rule that out?

We upgraded our PHP from 5.4.X yesterday hoping that would solve the problem so PHP isn't the issue.

Lots of people have reported issues running 5.6 so I wouldn't be too quick to rule it out.
