Images are resized to 24x24px after upload to ticket

Hello thereI've noticed the problem that when uploading a picture (not as attachment) into a ticket, the images most of the time get resized to 24x24px. I'd say they are resized 75% of the time. The behaviour seems to be appearing randomly. This is actually a very annoying behaviour since we want our customers to send us screenshots and don't want them to be confused by these unusable thumbnails.Is there something that can be done about this? Always adding some text seems to avoid the problem. Thanks.

The problem is back, First time seeing that also adding text doesn't help. Firefox and IE seem to have the problem. Chrome is ok.

Now i just made the options to add an image or a video invisible using css. Can't get this behaviour under control.
