When an agent close a ticket then he/she unable to see closed ticket on closed tab and closed tab remain Closed(0). Please advise...

Your agent does not appear to have access to the department that the ticket is assigned to.

Same case for me
The AGENT does not see any closed tickets.
Neither those closed by himself, nor those in his own department
