V1.9.12.. When client login.. The info such as email,name,department,section should be display n default when they fill up the ticket based on 1st ticket detail..
If the user is logged in it does not display that information, because the system already has it...
So that.. For every user logged to the system n create new ticket.. The info such as department & section will tagged toghter with that new id ticket?
Add the custom fields to the ticket details form.Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.
Already done.. But it required client to key in for every time they want to create new ticket.. I want to set default like name & email.. Client do not to keyin back Because department n section for sure same for every clien/ticket after they logged to system..
That is not something that you can do in the ui for your version.
can u suggest to me similiar topic/disscusion that has already done as a reference for me to custom/recode?
