export to excel ticket list

Hello,Pls assist me how to customer export to excel like attahcment.. i want to put this field when i export to excel (export ticket list).Thank You

I'm sorry but I am not sure what you mean. You may want to provide a mock up of what you are seeing or trying to do. To export you click the Export button.

Sorry.. What i mean is to custom export list column.. To add client department n section column that i was create in forms under Your Information..

Version of osTicket?I still have no idea what you mean. Mock up maybe?clients (Users) do not have departments. Only Agents do.Last I checked on export of open tickets only fields added to ticket details form export.So you will have to add the fields ytou want to export there or alter the source.,Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting guidelines located in this thread: Please read before requesting assistance. V1.9.12.. Fyi.. My orgnization have several department.. So im from ict department.. Client from other department.. So from ticket that client fill up we require department detail to procced with new ticket.. We want know which department this client come from.. At last we can know which department log many of ticket..filter this info in excel to give to our top management..

So either add the field to the Ticket Details form... or alter the source for the export. or write a custom query that gets all the information you want on your report.Those are pretty much your only three choices.

Any link@ disscusion that already discus to alter the source code??..as a refrence for me to proceed study the source code..
