Hi All,We have a mod that most people seem to like about time spent on tickets and how to bill them etc; but we are trying to move this osTicket v1.10 as early as possible in a hope it gets included as part of the mainstream.I've not approached @[deleted] about the new format yet, but was wondering if any good devs could help or point us in the right direction???Just so you all know, we are a support and consultancy company not really coders so please bare with us.
