Hello is there a way of managing multiple end clients from different companies based on their organization, without having to install multiple instances or changing the database. For example I want that the clients of an organization not to be able to select or post ticket by selecting the help topics that I want to be availeble for other clients, And also for some agents not to be able to assign to certain departaments?Thank you!

That sounds like what I've heard about a forth coming feature that isn't out yet to me.
