Whether agentna can enter function of editing the, sent message?excuse for my English!
Example: the employee has sent the answer to the user, and was mistaken in this answer! Whether it is possible to make in new osticket versions so that the employee could edit the messages which has written?
In the next major release (1.10) this will be possible. The feature is called "Thread Editing":Here is a screenshot of the feature: http://osticket.com/blog/120This will make it possible to edit a posted entry (message) and resend an edited version of it.The "wrong" message will still preserved in the ticket and is accessible via "View History". Osticket 1.10 is not released yet as stable version. mfelber is correct. Thread editing is introduced in the 1.10 tree. It will not recall the sent email. It will let you edit the repy and resent it however. It also tracks versions
