Hi all,I already added new custom form to add more categories on new ticket form, but in my opinion it is still not good design.I want to custom like this :At the first time user choose a main problem with a combo box/check box. After that, user only can choose sub category based on the problem who already they choose.Example :If user choose a main problem about Hardware, then on the display only sub category is LCD, Harddisk, Keyboard, etc with type choice/dropdown list.is it possible ?I use OsTicket version 1.9.12Regards.
