I am not sure what you are asking, or what your intent is. You can of course change any variables in the template to whatever you want. That being said not all variables are available for all templates.
but when I changed %{comments} to %{message} on body Ticket Assigment Alert Template, nothing happen..What i should do ?The output is just : %{message} on my body email.
Ticket assignments do not have incoming messages.Perhaps you meant to use %{ticket.thread.original}?
