I mean about the same informations in the report but relating to every change of state or thread; so the report may be constituted by a line for each interaction.

I have the same question. When I click "Export" at the bottom of the page listing a group of tickets such as "Open Tickets" I can download a CSV. Currently the fields in that CSV are limited to: "Ticket Id, Date, Subject, From, Priority, Department, Help Topic, Source, Current Status" I want that CSV to include the current thread of all of the messages sent back and forth about that ticket... or at least the body of the message that created the thread. In OSTicket's web access this is called "Ticket Thread"Is there a way to download tickets as a CSV that includes this "Ticket Thread"?
