Heyy Friends,Actually i wanted Multiple Level SLA Escalation in OS Ticket, but since its not available in the Version ill now, i am Trying one substitute.I am looking for this Functionality where in, at a particular time, every day, a CSV file having open tickets should be emailed to a particular id.For Example, Say everyday, at 10.00 PM, all the tickets which are open till then, shouldbe assembled in an CSV file (Like we download using filters) and this CSV file should get automatically emailed to the Department Manager Email ID.Does any body have any suggestion or can help in this matter, i will be very much thankful.
