send sms on ticket creation

I wan to implement a way to send sms when a new ticket as been created, i looked on the forum but i can't find nothing, i'm using the 1.9 version.

This is not a feature of osTicket.You could utilize an email to SMS gateway but that is not something that you would have to do in osTicket.Someone else may have a solution that works for them with whatever service that they are using, and posted about here on the forums or github but you would have to search.

I had the same idea, but i'm needing to send the sms and the email both to the customer, that's the problem

I cannot think of an easy way to do that.Well unless you can use organizations and only have 1 user per organization... but thats unlikely.
