We are on version 1.9.12 and we use osTicket as an ticketing system just among our IT staff. We are the only ones creating tickets.That said, we were wanting to disable the User Lookup pop-up that comes up when you click to open a New Ticket.I was able to acheive this by commenting out lines 51-71 and 397-429 of include/staff/ticket-open.inc.phpNow that I've commented out those lines, it seems to take forever to submit a new ticket, however. When clicking the Open button the page hangs with the orange loading text in the middle of the screen for a good 30 seconds before it is successfully uploaded. Am I going about disabling this the wrong way? Or is there another javascript I need to modify somewhere?Thank you.
