Hi All,Great product - thanks for making and supporting it!One question, I would like all teammembers (or ones I select) to receive notifications of new tickets being opened.At the moment, me and one other team member get those initial notifications, everyone else only gets a notification of stale tickets and tickets being transferred.I have tweaked settings and stuff and nothing.I even made one employee the same user level and settings as me, and they still didnt get the initial new ticket opened notifications.What am I doing wrong :(Its like the settings for that bit are not being factored inMany thanks in advance.
