Additional Data Polling On Statistics of tickets dashboard Ticket Activity?

I have added a property (building) location dropdown box on the new ticket page. Is there a way to add which Building was selected and have it collect the data to show on the Statistics of tickets organized by department, help topic, and agent page?

Best program I have ever used and being a non-profit with no funds for such a program. I thank you over and over.
