Space used is the whole mysql space used for osticket.The space for attachments is just the amount of mysql space used for attachments of the osTicket database.

Also 1.9.5 is old, you should consider upgrading to current. There are no DB structure changes between 1.9.5 and current (1.9.12 as of this writing) so the upgrade is quick and painless.
