How to create new account Type

Hi,I need to create two new Account Types over Agent and Admin Type. I need to create a new Account Type as Operator Staff and Sales Staff.Is it possible? Can you help me, please.Have you any ideas,please? I use osticket 1.9.4 ThanksRegardslost

1.9.4 is dated at this point and you should really upgrade to current.There are only two types of clients: External (Users) and Internal (Agents).Operator Staff and Sales Staff would categorized as Internal (Agents).You would set up a Sales Department that Sales Staff have access to.You would setup a Operator Department that Operator Staff have access to.

So I'm going to say I doubt it.
