I am working on e-commerce application and for ticket system we use osticket. For our customer, we want to them to register as agent and then like admin there email can fetch in osticket. I tried to find some solution but didn't found any thing. Can anyone please help me with this ?

Agents are staff... I'm not sure why you would want your customer (users) to register as a staff (agent).  But that sounds like a horrible idea to me.

Thanks for your reply. we want that our customer can also receive email to there account in osticket. So, we want to make them as agent and they can resolve there own issues we don't have to come in between of them and there customer. I want my agents can receive there emails in osticket belong to there register email id. I am not able to find any solution. Can you please help ?

Interesting use case.  I am not sure that you can achieve this sort of configuration with osTicket with out altering the source code.  Also Agents would be able to see the contact information for all users, and probably other agents.

Thanks. Yes, I tried to alter the code To get email setting for agent but didn't get any specific solution.I do the changes in staff.php files to get the settings. Can you please help in this ?
