Custom Form Fields Won't Save

Good morning. I just did a fresh install of version 1.9.12 and I've just been trying to play around with some of the settings to try and get a feel for the software but I'm already running into an issue. When I go to forms and try a create a custom form, most of the time the custom fields will not save. So far I've only had success with short answer fields. Other fields like date or phone number won't save. I get the green 'Form Successfully Updated' system message but once the pages reloads post save the new fields are gone.

So you're saying that you have gone to:Admin panel -> Manage -> forms.Created a new form.And when you are adding fields to the new form that they disappear?

Yes, that is correct. Sometimes it will allow the addition of a short answer field but I've had no luck at all with a date field or a number field. It always says that it updates successfully though which makes it more puzzling.

I'm not running 1.9.12 so I cannot test to confirm this. Can someone else with 1.9.12 check this out please?

Seems like I am getting an error when uploading a small .png file. Strange. Anyways. I could not reproduce the issue. Below are the values I used:Field 1 | Short AnswerField 2 | Date and TimeField 3 | Phone NumberField 4 | ChoicesSaved fine. Closed, Reopened. Displayed fine.

Hi guys,I have the same problem, but only on the client open ticket page.This only happens with a custom fiel with dropdown or multiple selection on the Contact information form.Example a list with all the countries for the client to define his origin.I've been trying to find a solution for this, but until now I was not able to get it.Tested in the new 1.10 RC2 and it works.This only started to occur after the upgrade to 1.9.12.Tested a clean install and the problem always occurs every time I open a ticket.After I open the ticket I'm able edit the field that was inserted as blank and define the correct value, so this is being a problem only on the open ticket form in the client side.I hope this information can help.Hope someone can help.Best Regards,

I did a clean install with 1.10 RC2, have the exact same problem that I did 1.9.12
