Hi,i'd like to apply background color on assign column (in scp, the last one). I only have 5 possibility (5 choice of assignement). (i found a solution but for previous version of osticket www.forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//change-color-of-department-name-on-template-list)And i'd like to allow no text when assign ticket (just assign without a message) is it possible ?And, can i add a field in ost_user to specify job title of the user, and make it show instead of " Source: Web (xxx.xx.xx.92)" because we're in dhcp and we don't care about this information. Thank you
