Hi, forgive the beginner question, I'm doing the 30 day trial of the hosted supportcenter solution. Right now, I'm the only agent user and am handling all the support tickets for our small business. However, my boss wants to be CC'd on all new tickets, and I was having trouble figuring out how to set that up. At first, I was looking for a field somewhere in settings where I could just add a CC email address, but couldn't find one. I see there is already a box checked for CC'ing the "department manager", but I couldn't figure out how to promote users to department manager status.
