Hi, problem just brought to my attention that our agents try searching for ticket contents from the main search bar in the Agent panel and get zero results. As administrator I can do the same search and have no problems. Have checked through all the settings for agents, teams, groups, and departments but see nothing about searching.Our system info below:osTicket v1.9.11 (c1b5a33)Web - Apache/2.2.29MySQL 5.5.18PHP 5.6.11
