osTicket v1.9.5 Closed ticket alerts.

Good morning.After a lot of hours spent on searching how to enable notifications for closed tickets, I found solutions only for the 1.7 release version, but I need to solve this problem using the 1.9.5 version of osTicket. Could someone tell me what can I do to add this function in my osTicket version please?Thanks.

There is no close ticket alert, but nor is one really needed.Go to the ticket, and type your update.You select closed from the drop down.It emails the update to the client and closes the ticket.

Oh sorry.. I misunderstood because I thought that were possible to apply code changes as per the 1.7 version.Anyway, thank you very much again.
