It would be nice to see an option to create a theme using pre-defined attributes. Same concept of the logo config section within osTicket. The idea I am thinking of is to simplify customizing the osTicket look for novice users of your software such as myself. :-D
Making osTicket themeable has been on the table for while. Last I checked it was slated for the 2.0 release (but that was a while ago so things may have changed)
I wish I could code.... But it doesn't come easy to me. This would make life a billion times better. I keep pushing osTicket to all my clients because of the flexible platform. :)
