Hello, I am curious if anyone knows how to have a URL for the client to receive, and when they click it they will be directed to either A) their open tickets, or B) their ticket in question directly. Thank you :)

I thought it already done this. It does seem to send the user to a link with a unique key inside the URL, I will have a look to see how possible this is later today.
Last I checked this is default behavior for new accounts, and new tickets.Did you disable it?
Hey!!! Yeah, somehow I screwed with the settings and deleted the text in the email to the ticket creator. Oooopsies. Thank you :)
