Attachments larger than 3 MB

Hi,I need to upload attachments that are larger than 3 MB, but although I have the plugin Attachments on the filesystem properly configured with the route, and in the administration panel I put that to up to 64 mb, do not, just less than 3 mb, could anyone support me to solve it?Thank you

Without knowing more about your configuration, version number, etc I can only make wild guesses.My primary guess would be that you are hitting a limitation in your PHP configuration. check your php.ini and see what your 'upload_max_filesize' setting says.

And then log into osTicket and update the allowed file size.
