When i make any of the changes to the Class.Ticket.PHP file in the root of the Include directory, the inbound mail-flow ceases. Once i created a new variable such as company, it doesn't allow any email transmissions. I can create a new ticket from the portal without any issues.
Any ideas? can anyone provide me with a copy of their file that works so that i can compare the 2?
