I've tried to add custom location in Manage > List and try to add "Location" but received following message.Error message: Warning: Unknown: Input variables exceeded 1000. Q: How should I increase this?A: You already have the answer: To increase the limit change max_input_vars in php.ini.Beside that, I'd recommend to get rid of XAMPP - often folks here have issue with it and osTicket since it (XAMPP) seems to cause several problems when running osTicket. Also note that the current version is 1.9.12 - you should upgrade to it.
