As @[deleted] mentions its hard to answer that question. My webserver is a VM (Windows 2012 R2) and currently running 2 cores which are Intel Xeon e7-8837 @ 2.67Ghz, with 12GB ram (it ran fine on 4GB) and a 200gb HDD (about 80gb is used and osTicket is about 20 Megabytes not counting the DB). This machine sits between 186 to 268 MHz usage most of the time. It is running our intranet, two osTicket installations , a Drupal Site, 8 Wordpress Sites, numerous custom PHP scripts, and two other web sites. It also houses the DB server that serves all those sites. The osTicket sites have about 10k and 1500 tickets. We have not had any performance complaints.
