How to disable email requirement

Hi, I have an OsTicket 1.9.12, I would like to simply turn off email requirement. I want to use OsTicket to work with orders inside a company between departments, and I don't need any email sending. One ticket will be an order. I tried to change requirement and validation in mysql in form_field but than I have to write something in email box, and then it give back an error about email when I saving the new ticket. The best thing would be if I can put only the name (email blank) and the rest from the form to get new ticket. Can anybody have any ideas to help me with that. I would be very thankful for any help. This is currently not possible in osTicket, you'd need to alter the source code (which I would not recommend) to do so.Michael

I can't wait for the oficial changes to do that so would you have ane proposes which files I should change, which fragmentnts of source code. I'm not risking any data right now, so I can try it.I wolud be grateful for any help, time is tickingRegardsGreg

You would have to pour through the code and figure that out, but its not a simple change.
