Hi everyone! I'm getting some problem with my host services related to osticket! It's getting error page 503 all the time when I try to login or logout. After an analyst checked out the system run he said that osticket has multi thread processes for PHP and my host plan only has two processes permitted! He said also that most of the shared plans offer only one process and system multi thread will have problem to run with this configuration! I would like to know if this configuration is true for osticket and if so, how can I chance this on system, if possible to do it so?

I have never heard of such a problem before. As far as I know „normal“ php doesn’t support multi threading. And I’m not aware that osticket really works this way you mentioned.I also use some shared hosting but I have never heard of a limitation of php processes. In one of my shared hosting environments I run multiple osticket instances without such a problem. This problem seems to be very „exotic“.Are you really happy with your hoster? The things you told us would let me think that you will not be happy in the long term..But I'm only a normal user, maybe someone else could give you a better advice/support..

I feel like the answer from @[deleted] is pretty good and correct, but can't tell exactly hence I don't have any experience with hosters at all since we run all internal as well as externally available services in our own datacenter.

It´s good to heard from you guys that never had such problem and that osticket doesn't have a such limitation! All this information was given by host's technical department and maybe it's not trustful! Tks a lot.
