Hello,I want to add a button to each thread message in the Staff Ticket View page (/scp/tickets.php?id=123) to automatically insert the message into the Response text box.Has anyone any idea how this can be achieved?Thanks!
a button? No idea.But is there some reason why you wouldn't use the canned responses drop down?
