Good Morning OSTicket Guru's and CrewI am trying to adjust the footer of the automatic email sent out to users when a ticket is created. Which file is that located. I've looked though the system and could not find it. Can you point me in the right direction?Thank youv.1.9.12

Admin Panel > Email > Templates > End-User Email Templates > New Ticket Auto-response

Admin Panel -> Email -> Templates -> your default template set -> Scroll down to End-User Email Templates -> edit New Ticket Auto-response.(only difference is that you have to actually click on your template set)
