Hi Guys, Is there a way to add custom ticket buttons next to the already existing (Open, My Tickets, Overdue, Closed, New Ticket) ? II've added a couple more Statuses such as Awaiting Reply, In Progress and would like to filter these like we currectly do with Overdue and Open on the main Agent Tickets section. Also, would be nice if Open just had tickets that were open instead of the ones I've changed to say Awaiting Reply and In Progress.
